About Us: PerfectlySPACED is a small but mighty company, made up of a design team totaling 6 members. We started this business out of the pure love of creating, and because of this, we strive to offer beautiful products to enhance any home no matter what the budget. Promotions: Part of the fun of owning a small business is the wild ideas you can come up with to try to promote that business. Throughout the year, we may hold a special sale or promotion based on a TV show, Video Game, Headline in the news, etc. These promotions are strictly for fun, and in no way imply that we are affiliated with said TV show, Video Game, etc. other than being normal citizens who also happen to enjoy these pop culture phenomenon.

Fonts: PerfectlySPACED does not, and will not in the future lay claim to any of the fonts reproduced in vinyl form. All fonts were acquired through a variety of means over several years, either for commercial or non-commercial use. When a “personal computer” was turned into a “business computer” many of the fonts downloaded off shareware sites (for personal use) were inadvertently transferred into our business software. If, at any time, it is brought to our attention that we are unlawfully using a font for commercial gain, we will resolve this in one of two ways: First, we will remove the item or font from our site IMMEDIATELY, and settle with the creator of the font for any royalties owed to them. Second, we will work with the creator to either commission their material, or purchase commercial rights to the font whichever is more plausible. Please know that we are not intentionally infringing on any copyright laws, and strive to give credit where credit is due. Please contact us immediately if you are the creator of any font we offer in our store.

Quotes: PerfectlySPACED cannot be held accountable for quotes reproduced in our “design your own” section. It is impossible for us to know where every quote came from and who said it or wrote it. For this reason, all liability for copyright infringement in that case lies with the creator of the custom designed vinyl product. The quotes we offer in our store as part of our store are quotes that either meet the criteria for being considered “public domain”, or were phrases dreamed up by members of our design team, that to the best of our knowledge were not direct quotes and were at most paraphrased from direct quotes. We do offer quotes that were said by “Unknown” sources, and while known sources will be given credit where credit is due, if you stumble upon a quote that we offer, and you know that it is infringing on a copyright, we will remove the item once research proves this to be the case. As a company, we will not knowingly infringe on anyone else’s rights…

Designs: Our design team at PerfectlySPACED takes great pride in the uniqueness of our products and how they stand out from the competition. We have a strict policy against directly copying designs from our competitors, and hope that they will extend to us the same courtesy. We understand that there are certain items that may mirror ours, as we’re sure we offer items that are similar in design or layout as other shops. However, there are some items that are exclusive to our shop, and should we stumble across one of our exclusive designs on an unauthorized site, we will contact the proprietor to try to settle the issue before taking a more aggressive approach. If, you are the owner of a competing store, and would like permission to feature one of our exclusive items, please contact us to negotiate the terms of such an agreement.

Personal Information: PerfectlySPACED will NEVER sell or use your email address, or any other personal information for any other purpose than to update you on your order status. Pricing: We are VERY proud to offer the most competitive prices for comparable items in our field of expertise. As a design team, we love the process of designing an item, and presenting it to the world via the Internet. If you have found an item similar to ours, and it is priced below ours for the same size, contact us, and we will match or beat their price so long as it meets our specific criteria.

Shipping: As a standard, we ship via USPS Parcel Post or USPS First class mail. There are a few reasons we do this:
1: We can ship the items to our customers in smaller boxes, making them easier to ship, and more eco-friendly since there is not as much waste.
2: We can avoid charging the same “flat rate” fee that many of our competitors use, making our shipping charges MUCH less. On average, our items cost less than $3 to ship across the Continental U.S.
3: Items reach our customers in 2-3 days on average, comparable to the flat rate boxes, but leaves it up to the customer whether or not to upgrade their shipping to the more expensive options.

Production Time: Our team takes pride in our fast turnaround times for items ordered. On average, our items ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. There are certain times of the year where this may be an unrealistic goal for our team, so we ask that you allow at least 3 days for production. Certain colors in our catalog are not colors that we stock on a regular basis, so if you order one of these colors, we would ask that you allow an additional 2 days for production to allow time for our supplies to arrive. During slower times of the year, we cut down the number of days we ship things to make it worthwhile for the postal department. During these times of the year, we will ship on TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, and SATURDAYS. Please take this into account when you order also.

Design Sizes: The dimensions given for each item are measured from the top of the uppermost point on the design, to the bottom of the lowermost point on the design. This allows for you to measure your space, and know for sure, that the overall design will fit in the space allotted.

Colors: We offer a wide variety of colors for you to choose from. Please bear in mind that the colors may appear differently on your computer than it does on ours, so the item you order may appear different than you expect it to. For your convenience, we offer FREE sample color swatches that can contain up to 6 different colors to make the decision making process easier. Wholesale: If any of the items in our store interest you to sell at a store or boutique that you are the proprietor of, we offer competitive wholesale prices, allowing for a significant profit for you. Fundraising: We are pleased to offer fundraising opportunities! If you are the president of a PTO, Sports Organization, or Scout troop, contact us at: for information on how you can earn a profit on products we currently sell, or will design especially for you.

Vinyl: The vinyl that we use in the making of our products is of the utmost quality. Our supplier has assured us that it is completely removable and repositionable, and should last 3 years if used outdoors, and a lifetime if used indoors. Our vinyl car decals are intended to be used on the glass of your vehicle, not on the paint. Our bumper stickers are made out of different vinyl, still maintaining the quality of the product, but it is intended to be placed on vehicles. PerfectlySPACED will not be held liable for any damage caused to your personal property because of our products. Please apply at your own risk, and follow directions carefully on how to remove your vinyl art once you wish to do so.

Returns: We DO NOT accept returns. If your item arrived to you and it is either misspelled, or was done in the wrong color, contact us, and we will send you a replacement item completely free of charge. We only ask that you take a picture of the item that we originally shipped to you, just to assure us that an error did in fact occur. If an error occurs while you are applying the item to your wall or vehicle, (such as applying it crooked, or tearing the vinyl) you can contact us and we will work with you to replace the item at little or no cost to you. Again, in this instance, we would ask that you take a picture to assure us that the item is not usable. We supply free sample decals for you to practice with specifically to avoid this situation, but realize that mistakes can still occur on larger items. We strive for perfection, and will aggressively work to correct our mistakes.

Custom Orders: We LOVE custom orders! If you have a vision for an item, and you are unable to create it in our “design your own” section for one reason or another, contact us, and a member of our design team would be more than happy to work with you one on one until you are 100% satisfied with the item. We cannot be expected to know where every quote or image comes from that you send to us for a custom item, so please make sure that you have full rights to the material before asking us to produce it in vinyl form. All liability for Copyright infringement lies with the customer in the event that any legal action should be taken against us. If we are thrilled with the way the item turned out, we may contact you for your permission to offer it in our shop as a regular item. Custom items do not cost more, and a price will be determined based on the size and complexity of the design. Once you are satisfied, we will send an invoice to your email via PayPal, and once payment is received, we will ship your custom item post haste. Gallery: Sending us your customer appreciation photo is your agreement to us that we may post your picture and comment in our online gallery. Also, if you were the first customer to send us an appreciation photo of that particular item, you are entitling us to use that photo as a main photo for that item in the shop. We do not “Photoshop” the pictures in our shop. Every picture is real, which we feel makes it more honest and accurate where sizing is concerned. Only send pictures to us that you do not mind being made public on our site.
